Trevor Prangley, a 3rd-degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, has dedicated over 20 years to teaching and inspiring students worldwide. Born on August 24, 1972, in Cape Town, South Africa, Trevor moved to the United States at 24 to advance his wrestling career, later finding his true calling in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). Trevor's journey began at the age of four when he took up wrestling, eventually becoming the South African National Freestyle Wrestling Champion.
