By signing up for a membership:
You agree to the monthly billing terms outlined at the time of sign-up.
You may cancel your membership by notifying us at least three (3) days before your renewal date.
Discounts (e.g., family, military, law enforcement) must be verified and are not automatically applied.
We reserve the right to adjust class schedules, instructors, or offerings as needed.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
In special circumstances (e.g., injury, relocation), refund or credit requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Cardio Kickboxing is a separate program and is not included in all-access memberships unless added.
Participation in martial arts training involves physical activity and carries the risk of injury. By attending classes at Trevor Prangley’s A.K.A, you understand and accept these risks.
All students (or parents/guardians of minors) must sign a liability waiver prior to participation.
